WORLD AIRWAYS TO CONTINUE INTERNATIONAL CARGO
SERVICE FOR AIR CANADA

 

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. (May 21, 2007) – World Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of World Air Holdings, Inc. (OTC:WLDA.PK), has signed a one-year ACMI contract extension with Air Canada for international cargo service between Toronto, Canada and Frankfurt, Germany beginning July 1, 2007. Under the agreement, which is valued at $22.5 million, World Airways will continue to operate one MD-11F freighter aircraft for Air Canada .
